ORACONS EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE (ESS)
Oracons’ Self service for employees and managers allows for a built in standard workflow for data and information to be automated where required, thus minimizing manual tasks of servicing the internal customers. The internal LAN and corporate Intranet is an effective means to reach widely dispersed employees. Having Access to data on their desktop, use of HRIS “HRP WorkForce” software, the HR process is streamlined and errors are reduced. This liberates human resource staff from routine tasks and enables them to focus on more strategic work, such as organizational development and planning. This increases productivity and puts the organization's resources to intelligent use.
ESS brings efficiency into the organization, such that the HR team focuses on strategic HR Management. Using a customized Employee Portal, ESS gives a single umbrella to operate upon.

Systems can be enhanced to include streaming video and other new software providing wide access to corporate videos, trainings & notifications etc. Company Newsletters can be uploaded for sharing among employees.
