ESS (Employee Self Service)
Our solution “HRP WorkForce” is most stable and one of the best available in Pakistan. It scales from 500-20,000 employees with no degradation in performance. Employee Self Service (Leaves, Leaves encashment, Loans (Sanction and Deduction), ACR/Appraisal, other Reports, Over Times, WorkFlow etc) is a fully functional module in production at local companies in Pakistan. Employees have their own accounts, and they apply for leaves and loans on-line with a built in work flow for approvals. Apart from this all employees can generate their own Payslips, Tax Statements, Loan Status reports at ease, without bothering the HR or Payroll for any status, so it leaves HR and Payroll a lot of time at their disposal for Strategic
HR Management. The Payslips in pdf are generated and sent automatically at the finalization for each payroll.
The product keeps track of all Personal info, Branches, Departments, Postings, Jobs, Grades and their Edit trail. HR and Finance can have all information on their desktop at the click of a button. The Payroll keeps an excellent track of Basic Sal, Allowances, Deductions etc with complete history tracking. ENI Pakistan
Environment: Oracle 10g, Browser Based Application
Oracons successfully delivers a totally browser based ESS (Employee Self Service) module for ENI Pakistan. Now the employees can apply for leaves and loans on-line with all intimations and confirmations through authorized e-mail, that are handled on-line through a built-in workflow. Integrated with Active Directory Services Payslips, Tax Statements, Loan / Leaves Status and other reports can be downloaded in .pdf.
Deployment of benefits management system at ENI has greatly reduced their effort to maintain and track data on employees and thus made their HR management a lot easier. The application hosts interfaces to export and import data to and from the application. Reporting to the bank for Payroll transfer had never been easier. Delivering interfaces for data to be fed into the financial and other applications, leaves time with HR to focus on Strategic HR management.
